Job Title: Agency Manager
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Scouting and sourcing for major accounts in order to meet Agency target.
- Developing sales strategies.
- Monitoring the Agency performance and motivating team to reach targets
- Advise Territorial Manager on Newly Engaged District Managers, Unit Managers and other Team members induction training.
- Follow-up sales activity within his / her Agency.
- Gather market intelligence and advise the Territorial Manager on any market developments that are of interest to the organization strategic objectives.
- Intelligence gathering on customers and competitors.
- Generating leads for possible sales.
- Ensure Training and coaching of team members.
- Compile monthly Agency report and report to Territorial Manager.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree / HND.
- Minimum of 5 years experience.
