Job Description
- To generate new business by contacting potential customers and building lasting relationships.
- Maintaining and keeping records and handling of policy renewals and distributing policy documents to clients.
- Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Recommend risk management strategies that fit client's personal risk profile.
- Track insurance claims to ensure clients and company satisfaction.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or insurance companies.
- Respond to client's insurance related questions and issues.
