Responsibilities
- Develop staffing level requirements against recruitment plan
- Strategize and manage the recruitment process
- Prepare Employment Offer
- Carry out the effective orientation of newly employed staff members into the Organization
- Carry out staff competency assessment
- Manage the staff performance assessment process towards determining employee growth and development
- Analyze training evaluation result and prepare Training Feedback report
- Prepare Training Needs Analysis Report
- Liaise with training vendors for delivery and organize Training logistics
- Prepare Promotion summary report
Requirements
- A Bachelors / HND in any related Social Science, with experience in Human Resource Management
- Member of professional Human Resource institution
- 10 years minimum experience
